Partners Chris Grundy, Erin Writt and Clay Benson offer close to 100 years of combined Construction and Owner Representation Experience.
Our small business structure ensures that Erin, Chris and/or Clay will be involved in every project. We enjoy this direct Client engagement, and it sets Capital Projects apart from our competition.

We are the liaison between the project team; broker, architect, engineers, other design consultants such as interior and landscape designers, contractors and client vendors and, the owner.

We provide leadership to the project team, overseeing and orchestrating the ‘players’, fostering a team attitude and promoting harmony and cohesion.
We ensure all the various phases of the project - site selection, design and construction phases and relocation/occupation - are properly scheduled and coordinated so the project runs smoothly.
